Scott C. Dulebohn, MD
Dr. Dulebohn has been practicing at Appalachian Neurosurgical Clinic since 2006. He is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dulebohn received a bachelor's degree in economics and a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Missouri. He has previously practiced in Omaha, Nebraska, Duluth, Minnesota, and Coos Bay, Oregon. He has served on the Faculty at the University of Nebraska and the University of Minnesota. Dr. Dulebohn is a member of the American Association of Neurosurgeons, Congress of Neurosurgeons, American Board of Pain Medicine, American and International Neuromodulation Society, American Board of Spine Surgery, and North American Spine Surgeons.

Steven C. Hamel, MD, FACS
Dr. Hamel, has been practicing at Appalachian Neurosurgical Clinic since 1985. He is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon. He earned his medical degree from Southwest Texas Health Science Center, Dallas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Hamel completed his general surgery internship and neurosurgery residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

J. Scott Hardy, PA-C
Scott Hardy has been practicing at Appalachian Neurosurgical Clinic since 1974. He is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was certified as a Surgical Technician at Semmes-Murphey Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee and is board certified in Primary Care and Surgery by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He is a Fellow of Tennessee and American Academy of Physician Assistants and a Fellow of the Academy of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants.

Tom Truman has been practicing at Appalachian Neurosurgical Clinic since 1982. He is a graduate of the Primary Care Physician Assistant Program at Cincinnati Technical College in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his neurosurgery training at the University of Cincinnati and Veterans Administration Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is board certified in Primary Care and Surgery by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow of Tennessee and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
