First Assist Urgent Care is located in Suite 1 of the North Point I building.

From Boones Creek, Gray, and Kingsport:

Take I-26 East to Exit 36.  Turn right onto State of Franklin Road/Highway 381.  After 0.2 miles, turn right onto West Oakland Avenue.  Turn left into the parking lot of First Assist Urgent Care.  You will be facing the back of First Assist.  Proceed to the front of the building.     

From Johnson City, Elizabethton, and Erwin:

Take I-26 West to Exit 36.  Turn left onto State of Franklin Road/Highway 381.  After 0.2 miles, turn right onto West Oakland Avenue.  Turn left into the parking lot of First Assist Urgent Care.  You will be facing the back of First Assist.  Proceed to the front of the building.  

From Bristol, Piney Flats, and Bluff City:

Take the Bristol Highway/Highway 11E South toward Johnson City.  Merge onto State of Franklin Road/Highway 381 toward I-26.  Continue 1.7 miles.  Turn right onto West Oakland Avenue.  Turn left into the parking lot of First Assist Urgent Care.  You will be facing the back of First Assist.  Proceed to the front of the building.
